Notifications are not arriving
Open Settings in Easy Voice Reminder and check Reminder alerts. If access is blocked, open device Settings and allow notifications for the app. Battery-saving modes may also delay alerts.
Microphone access
The app asks for microphone access when you begin recording. If access was denied, enable Microphone for Easy Voice Reminder in device Settings.
Restore Premium
Open Settings → Premium → Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple or Google store account used for the original purchase.
Local recordings
Recordings are stored on your device. Deleting the app may remove them. Easy Voice Reminder cannot recover a recording that has been deleted from the device.
