Information stored on your device

Your voice recordings, reminder titles, schedules, completion state, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Easy Voice Reminder does not operate an account system and does not upload your voice recordings to our servers.

Microphone and notifications

Microphone

Microphone access is used only while you actively record a voice reminder. The app does not listen or record in the background.

Notifications

Notification access is used to deliver reminders at times you schedule. You can disable reminder alerts in the app or change permission in device Settings. Scheduled notifications are managed locally by the operating system.

Premium purchases

Apple App Store or Google Play processes your payment. Easy Voice Reminder does not receive your payment-card details.

We use RevenueCat to determine whether Premium is active. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app-user identifier, purchase and subscription status, product identifiers, app and device information, and diagnostics needed to provide and protect purchase services. RevenueCat acts under its own privacy policy.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information or voice recordings. Purchase information is shared only with Apple or Google and RevenueCat as necessary to process, restore, and validate Premium access. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and deletion

You can delete individual reminders inside the app. Uninstalling the app may delete locally stored reminders and voice recordings. Purchase records remain with your store account and RevenueCat as required to restore purchases and meet legal obligations.

Children and international use

Easy Voice Reminder is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Store and RevenueCat processing may occur in countries outside your own under their applicable safeguards.

Changes and contact
